🚚 Shipping & Transport Policy – Stadium Suspension

Customer Responsibility:  
- For all parts orders or workshop services, shipping both ways is 100% the customer’s responsibility.  
- The customer is fully responsible for purchasing shipping insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit.  
- In the event of any shipping issue, all claims must be filed directly by the customer with the carrier.

Returns & Restocking:  
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.  
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.  
   - If the mistake is on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping.  
   - If the return is due to incorrect sizing, wrong item ordered, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
